2025 BUSINESS CHANGES
Please be aware that minor changes will be implemented in 2025, which will apply to all bookings. As the cost of products continues to rise, these adjustments are essential to ensure we can maintain the highest quality 1:1 treatments while also taking into account the ongoing changes in the cost of living.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we strive to provide the best possible service.

BOOKING POLICY
When booking your appointment with Luxxe Beauty, please note that all appointments are processed through Fresha. This involves a 50% retainer to secure your booking via our online booking portal or direct message.
Please note: We cannot secure an appointment without receiving the 50% retainer fee. Any unconfirmed appointments are available to other clients and will not be held for more than 48 hours.
Failure to provide the retainer within 48hours will result in the forfeiture of your selected appointment time. The time may still be available, but it must be confirmed before proceeding with the retainer.
Important Reminder: No-shows or late cancellations have a significant impact on small businesses, and we greatly appreciate your cooperation.
Disclaimer:
Any retainer paid is transferable to another date if your appointment is impacted by COVID-19-related closures, a positive COVID-19 result, or isolation (proof required).
Retainers do not cover change of mind or cancellations.
By signing any documents or providing a retainer, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the protection of customer rights.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Please be aware, it is the client's responsibility to be informed of any applicable fees prior to your appointment.
After-Hours Appointments:
A fee of +$25 will be charged for any appointments scheduled outside of our regular working hours.
Sunday Appointments:
A fee of +$40 will apply to appointments booked on a Sunday.
Public Holiday Appointments:
A 20% surcharge will be added to any appointments scheduled on a public holiday.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
At Luxxe Beauty, we accept payments via our FRESHA checkout, which supports Tap payments.
Please be aware that a 1.6% + 20c transaction fee will be applied to the total of your appointment at checkout.
Additionally, gift vouchers are eligible for use at checkout.

CARD CAPTURE/ POLICY
Please be advised that any bookings made through our online system will require card details to be captured. This is to ensure enforcement of our policy concerning no-shows and cancellations, to which you have agreed upon booking.
As part of our updated 2025 policies and procedures, all clients booking with Luxxe Beauty Cosmetics are now required to have a saved card on file.
Rest assured, all saved card details are securely stored and managed in compliance with customer data protection regulations, utilizing trusted platforms such as Fresha and Square Booking Systems.
We kindly remind you that no-shows or late cancellations have a significant impact on small businesses, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

NO SHOW/ CANCELLATIONS
If there has been no communication regarding a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee or no-show fee will apply.
Should you attempt to book another appointment online, it will be declined until the outstanding fee is resolved.
To be eligible to rebook with Luxxe Beauty, the fee must be paid in full prior to rebooking.
The fee will be 50% of the service total, and the amount may vary depending on the value of your scheduled service.
Failure to settle the missed appointment and comply with our policy may result in no further appointments being booked, or being blocked from making future online bookings with Luxxe Beauty.

APPOINTMENT CONCERNS
To avoid any disappointment, if you encounter any issues or concerns within 12 hours of your appointment, please contact us immediately to resolve the matter.
Please note that if issues arise outside of this time frame, this policy will no longer apply. It becomes difficult to determine the cause of the issue once the appointment has passed, and therefore, it is outside of our control. Any further arrangements between the client and the business will be at the client's discretion.

Upon booking your appointment with Luxxe Beauty, you will be prompted to review the retainer fee and the Terms & Conditions relevant to the booking process.
Please refer to our General Booking Policy above for further details.
Lashes:
If you experience any issues within the first 12 hours of your appointment, please contact Luxxe Beauty as soon as possible to stay within our policy guidelines. We will assist you in the best way possible to resolve any concerns.
After the 12-hour period, this policy is void, as it becomes difficult to determine what may have happened to your lashes outside of the appointment time. Therefore, it is beyond our control. Any further arrangements between the client and the business will be negotiable and based on individual circumstances, at the discretion of both parties.

PRIVACY POLICY
At Luxxe Beauty, we take your privacy very seriously. When booking an appointment, you will be required to provide certain personal details, including your full name, address, email, date of birth, next of kin, mobile number, and other relevant information. Rest assured, all of this information will be stored securely and treated with the utmost confidentiality.

TATTOO REGULATIONS
Please be advised that any clients under the age of 18 must have a guardian present and provide a signature during the session.
Additionally, if applicable, you will be required to purchase a topical anaesthesia script provided by Luxxe Beauty prior to your appointment.
Before booking, kindly notify us of any medical conditions that may affect or prevent your tattoo procedure. This will ensure we can assess and accommodate any restrictions as needed.
